Nicole Carstens, Director

BCom (Law), LLB, Adv Dip Estate and Trust Admin

Nicole attended Collegiate Girls’ High School and went on to complete her B Com (Law) and LLB degrees at Nelson Mandela University. She then obtained an Advanced Diploma in Trust and Estate Administration from the University of the Free State.

After being admitted as an Attorney in 2013, Nicole joined the Banking and Litigation team of a prominent local law firm in 2014. Nicole was later admitted as a Notary and Conveyancer after completing these specialised examinations. Nicole moved into the Conveyancing and Deceased Estates Departments in 2018 and was appointed as a director in 2019.

In 2025 Nicole decided to open her own law firm, operating under NC Incorporated. The practice takes a holistic approach to law and aims to be cost effective while offering exceptional personal service to clients. Nicole aims to offer her clients a unique legal experience, which is grounded in trust and integrity.

Nicole is a mother of two girls and a very special rescue dog. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys baking and travelling with friends and family.
